Dedication Service and Blessing
St. John Regional Catholic School
and St. Katharine Drexel Pastoral Center

A large crowd joined Cardinal William Keeler for the Dedication Service and Blessing of the new St. John Regional Catholic School building on Oppossumtown Pike in Frederick. In addition to housing the Regional School, the facility will be the home for St. Katharine Drexel while the parish begins to plan for the building of a Church.

The Catholic Education Ministries Center of Central Maryland provides ongoing support to the Catechetical Ministries of Carroll, Frederick, and Washington Counties. This includes training programs for leaders and volunteers in parishes and schools, plus consultation in all areas of catechesis.
