Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton

The Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton was the peaceful setting  for this year's Central Maryland Rite of Election and Call to Continuing Conversion on Sunday, February 17.		 The Basilica filled with 51 catechumens, 113 candidates, 
godparents, sponsors, family members and RCIA team member from 13 area parishes.

Bishop W. Francis Malooly, Western Vicar, presided at the event.

Bishop Malooly invites the catechumens to enter into the Church through the Sacraments of Initation.
Music for the day was provided by the St. Ann Choir, Hagerstown, under the direction of Peter Hommel. St. Ann Choir
