Part III: Formation provided by the CEM Center

The CEM Center of Central Maryland will focus upon providing training at the Catechist and Advanced Catechist Level. This would take the form of 6 to 8 hours of sessions, offered in Areas A, B, C, and D in a systematic fashion. Each year, the Center would select host facilities in Carroll, Northern Frederick, Southern Frederick and Washington Counties. The Center would tailor sessions to meet specific needs of that facility. Topics in Area D would follow a rotation based upon the Four Pillars of the Catechism of the Catholic Church: Profession of Faith (Doctrine), Celebration of the Christian Mystery (Sacraments), Life in Christ (Morality), and Christian Prayer.

Here is a minimum rotation of sessions and topics:
