Our Indelible Mark

With many in Youth Ministry circles, I was surprised and saddened to hear of Mark Pacione's move from the Division of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. Scott Miller of the Division said it really well at his CatholicYMBlog, so be sure to check his column out, along with his great links and photos.

I would wholeheartedly agree with Scott (and Cardinal Keeler) that Mark is most definitely "the Fifth Mark of the Church, " and I can only add he has truly left an Indelible Mark on the Church of Baltimore and the entire field of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. I am sure that Mark's incredible creativity and passion for ministry will be tremendous assets for the Office of School Planning. I am also delighted that he will not be far away.

Best wishes, Mark, and know that our prayers are with you as you continue to serve the Church you love.
