14th Annual Charity Challenge Golf Tournament, Monday, May 12, 2008, Maryland National Golf Club.  Cost $150 per player or $550 for a foursome.  All proceeds benefit Villa Maria of Frederick County, an outpatient mental health program dedicated to serving the mental health needs of Frederick County.  Our mission is to serve the community by providing affordable mental health counseling.  For more information contact Linda Frederick at 410-252-4700, ext. 211.

Moral & Spiritual Development of Children with Dr. Pat Fosarelli, Sunday, June 1, 7pm, St. Joseph-on-Carrollton Manor, Buckeystown.  Dr. Fosarelli received her M.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and her D.Min. degree from Wesley Theological Seminary. She is currently a part-time faculty member of The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (Dept. of Pediatrics) and on the faculty of The Ecumenical Institute of Theology. She is the co-author of two books in the field of pediatrics and three books in the fields of theology and ministry.
