Siedor named principal at Goretti

Christopher Siedor, a former Teacher of the Year at St. John's in Prospect Hall, has been appointed principal of St. Maria Goretti High School in Hagerstown, replacing Anthony Durso, who resigned to pursue other educational opportunities.

in 1997, he was named Teacher of the Year by St. John's Literary Institution at Prospect Hall, and was listed in Who's Who Among American Teachers in 1996, 1997, and 1998.

He will begin his new duties on July 1.

Mr. Siedor has 30 years of educational and military experience, a bachelor's degree in education from Norwich University and a master's degree in education from Troy State University.
