Bethlehem Respite Time

For children with developmental disabilities

The third Saturday of each month at St. Peter, Libertytown, during the 5 PM Mass.

If you have a child who presents challenging behaviors due to developmental disabilities, you may want to participate in the monthly respite care during Mass at 
St. Peter's in Libertytown. The care is for children ages 5 to 12 who are unable to remain in Mass because it becomes too overwhelming and the structure is not compatible with their needs. This will entail free play in a classroom supervised by volunteers from St. Peters' and other local Parishes.

Our hope is that families from the region may attend Mass together and receive much needed support from the church community.
